Our trip

We didn't do much sight seeing on our drive to New York, but when we saw Hershey, Pennsylvania we knew we had to stop. It was a refreshing break from the long drive. The street lights were the shape of Hershey kisses and Chocolate World never tasted so good. Here the kids are making their chocolate kisses and having their picture taken with a life size Reece's Peanut Butter Cup. I wonder how many calories are in that candy bar?

I almost forgot to add this one.
One early morning in our hotel room in North Carolina Ila found one of my permanent markers used the previou day for boxes. As we were still sleeping she decided to color her whole body (for modesty we are only showing her face :), and she also colored the bedding. We had a nice chat with house keeping and I think we got out of having to replace a duvet cover. She is my little destroying angel and I love her for it.

The hershey lamp posts are so cool. One of these days we'll have to make it up to Hershey Pennsylvania. I am sorry that Ila got permanent marker all over the place. Atleast you didn't have to pay for a new comforter cover! I really miss that sweet little girl and Tyler misses Cole. Their are no little boys here!!!

Ryan's parents used to live in Palmyra, PA - right next to Hershey. Cool place! I am glad the kids liked it and it was a good break during the trip. Ila looks so cute...I am sure you probably didn't think that right after you woke up though!
