Last Summer Good Byes

Before heading up north we went down to Alabama for one last trip to pick up some furniture and say goodbye. We were treated in seeing the newest addition to the Stubb family, Lucas Emerson Stubbs. He is one handsome baby! Congrats once again Jenny for all you had to go through leading up to his birth.

Cole and Ila had a blast playing with Issac and Elsa. Isaac has so much patience with Cole and is such a great older role model as a big brother. Elsa is so sweet and delicate and I was glad to see some of her daintiness rub off on Ila. They had such a terrific time at Grandmamma's, we hated to leave.

You can just hear them saying cheese. I love it!

While we were there I was taking some photos of the horses and one of them was eating the grass through the barb wire. All of sudden the horses got spooked and that horse went right through the wire fence. It was pretty exciting helping Grandaddy round up the two horses that got out.

I wanted to add these pictures in too. The night before we moved from Georgia there was an intense lightening storm and ligtening struck the only nice tree left in the courtyard. However, after the storm was over there was an incredible double rainbow. I think you can only see one in this photo, but it is still impressive.

I never realized how much your kids and the Stubbs kids look alike. Whoa.

I can't believe that tree got struck by lightning! How sad. I am glad everyone is safe!
